History

The organization was founded in 2014 by a group of missionaries and local churches with the aim of providing health services in one of the most dangerous areas in Latin America. The Rivera Hernandez sector is an area with a population of around 200,000. It is, unfortunately, an area of high poverty and crime.
Josue Hernandez, one of our founders, saw that there were many patients in the area with low resources. He realized that they could not go to the city for medical care due to a lack of transportation and funds. Josue had a vision to offer low-cost medical care in the area.
In 2015, the organization received a donation of large bottles of medicine, which could not be sold or given to individuals. This inspired Josue to divide the pills into smaller containers and give them away to people in rural areas. This is when we started doing short-term medical and evangelising missions trips. Since then, we have run around 100 trips with local and North American volunteers.
In 2019, we were asked to assist the children living in the municipal landfill. We have since suported these children with free medical attention, food and other necessities on a monthly basis.
We have always served our fellow labourers in Christ by providing free medical care for pastors and ther families serving in these poor and rural communities.
